Promises of joy in difficult times

The LORD gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace. [1 Corinthians 1:8]

Sometimes when we are going through difficult times we ask ourselves where is God? is he real? Does he loves us? Why did he allows us to feel pain? But hey God is real and he assures us in his word that he doesn't give us the load that is above us, all he does he does is according to our capabilities...
