It's Okay to feel pain

Instead of blaming others for your pain you need to learn to live with it. If it something you cannot change live with it, if it's something you can change don't wait for too long to change it just do immediately so that you can be able to find closure and move on... It's okay to feel pain, it's okay to cry it all out but what's not okay is to blame yourself or others for having that pain...
